Thanks to all for coming and competing. Seems like everyone enjoyed the marvellous "cheek-by-jowl" nature of this piece of North London. Before mapping the area I did have a concern about the safety of sole female runners in some of the council estates on the map, but, when surveying (deliberately during the dark evenings), I felt that almost all were well-lit and safe - I avoided using the one I had any doubts about whatsover. Having said that, I think I missed noticing that a small piece of the Regent's Canal towpath was on some optimal routes, and some females may have been wary of using this - will bear this in mind for next time.

Many thanks to David and Miriam for controlling (and thus avoiding some ambiguities, and also avoiding some potential issues for those with less than perfect eyesight!) and also for helping on the night.
