Another Boxing Day dawned pretty dull and miserable -looking, but there is
no doubt that putting on a score event at Trent Park annually is a good idea, judging by the happy faces of the competitors and LOK helpers, too,
once everything got under way. The mulled wine may have helped a little, too!
Thanks to Peter Sacares for his planning and indeed, turning up on the day just a few days after an op. Thanks too to all of you who put out and
collected controls, worked the desk-top computer and dealt with registration and to Southgate Hockey Club for the use of their car park.
All I can say is thanks for turning up and see you next year.

bonnet of my car ((blue Passat estate, registration R 356 GKP at each SE regional event starting 14 January (Waggoners Wells) until it goes!
